We have worldwide free shipping. We always ship with registered mail so you can track your order and we are fully responsible for the package until delivery. If you live outside the European Union your purchase may be subject to additional customs and duty charges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and you would like to return or exchange it you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so. It is mandatory that all returned items are unused; in it’s original packaging and with the MAQÉ tags still attached. When we design our macramé MAQÉ pieces we want to create a bracelet that is so wearable that you never want to take it off. Our pieces are subtle yet tough. You can sleep, shower and swim with them, go on adventures without worrying about the durability. Small side note: yes, after a long period of wearing the color of the macramé band will fade a slightly but we just love this bold ‘worn’ look!

The bracelets are available in two sizes, the female version of maximum 170 mm and the male version is available in 200 and 210mm . Each bracelet itself has 2 alternative smaller sizes when it’s fastened. If you have a wrist size which is either way smaller or bigger, please contact us for custom made items.
